The future of Neosho Ridge Wind depends on one critical vote. The ball is now in the County Commissioners’ court to approve the Road Use Agreement (RUA) that has been negotiated by their legal team. For the last several weeks, the lawyers hired to represent Neosho County’s best interests have been working to ensure that the proposed RUA is strong and legal and that it will do its primary job – protecting Neosho County’s roads.
The Commissioners have been researching and debating the details of the Neosho Ridge Wind project for months. Now is the time to vote.
Tell your Commissioners the time has come to act. It is time to vote yes on the Road Use Agreement.
